CARTOGRAPHY, GIS & GEOMATICS

The cartography has for goal the conception, the production, the diffusion and the study of the maps. Our office has mapping software following a Geographic Information System (GIS), such as Mapinfo or AutoCad.

A GIS is a computer system allowing, from various sources, to gather and organize, manage, analyze and combine, elaborate and present geographically localized information, contributing in particular to the management of space (Société française de photogrammétrie et télédétection, 1989).

Geomatics is the modern discipline that integrates the collection, storage, processing, modeling, analysis, and dissemination of spatial data and location information. It encompasses surveying, hydrography, cartography, remote sensing (often called earth observation) and geographic information processing using geographic information systems (often called GIS).

Africa Development Consulting Group offers a turnkey service for structured and secure management of your data. Our professionals collect, create, store, process, model, analyze and disseminate spatial data related to environmental issues.

ADCG takes on the challenges of designing and implementing your project. Our mapping and geomatics team understands your needs and responds effectively.
